📢 We’re hiring – DevOps Integrator
Join our In-Orbit Services (IOS) team, where innovation meets space exploration. We design and deliver advanced avionics software for satellites and are seeking a skilled DevOps Integrator to strengthen our development and delivery capabilities.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Software Deliveries & AIT Collaboration – Plan, coordinate, and deliver avionics software to AIT on schedule, ensuring seamless integration into hardware and software environments, resolving issues during verification and validation, and maintaining clear documentation for full traceability.
- Driving DevOps Strategy – Promote DevOps best practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring), define a strategy tailored to avionics development, standardize pipelines and deployment processes, and lead internal workshops with comprehensive reference documentation.
- DevSat Development & Management – Design, deploy, and maintain DevSat platforms for integration testing, optimizing their performance, security, and availability while ensuring compatibility with avionics systems, EGSE, and test benches, supported by detailed documentation.
- Monitoring & Risk Management – Implement supervision tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), monitor performance and stability across platforms and pipelines, anticipate and resolve critical incidents, and maintain a high level of robustness and traceability for critical software deliveries.
🧠What we’re looking for
- 5-10 years experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or software integration in complex systems.
- Strong background in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Pytest, Robot, etc.).
- Experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Strong understanding of software delivery under technical and schedule constraints.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and demanding environment.

- Knowledge of ECSS, ISO, or other aerospace standards.
- Prior experience with hardware-in-the-loop test platforms (EGSE, avionics benches).
- Familiarity with avionics or embedded systems environments.
