[Internship] Chief of staff COO (F/M)

We have an exciting new opportunity ahead for your internship: be the next Chief of staff of our Cofounder & COO !
You will be the executive Cofounder & COO righ-hand, acting as a vital link between the executive leader and the rest of the company.
Your future responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Communication Support: Collaborate with the COO to define and communicate key initiatives. Prepare and ensure the COO’s calendar, meetings, and initiatives align with company goals, anticipating upcoming events, and drafting necessary communications.
- Reporting for COMEX and Stakeholders: Prepare high-level reports for the Executive Committee (COMEX) and other key stakeholders. Ensure that progress on strategic objectives and key projects is clearly documented and communicated, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Inter-Team Processes: Support the development and documentation of inter-team processes, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Create and maintain frameworks that enable transparency and collaboration across teams, facilitating optimal resource allocation.
- Key Project Mapping and Tracking: Maintain an inventory of key projects across the organization, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and owners. Track the progress of each project, from initiation to completion, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Action Tracking & Accountability: Follow up on actions assigned to managers or contributors, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Monitor and report on any blockers or delays, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strategic Initiatives Management: Oversee and drive special projects, ensuring their alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Implement regular touchpoints to monitor the progress of these initiatives and adjust as necessary to ensure successful execution.
- KPI Tracking and Issue Resolution: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing initiatives and track progress. Help analyze any emerging issues, recommending solutions and ensuring follow-through on resolutions in a sustainable manner.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings on behalf of or with the COO, take detailed notes, and lead the strategic planning process. Ensure that action items from meetings are documented, tracked, and followed up on.
- Daily Task Management: Assist with day-to-day responsibilities and perform various tasks to support the COO, helping to prioritize their time and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Role & Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the COO’s strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will be divided into two key pillars: (i) Producing Documentation and (ii) Project Follow-Up.

Required Profile 💁♀️
📌Final year University (Masters' degree) or Business School student
📌Looking for a 6 months internship starting in February/March 2025
📌Ideally, you have already a 1st experience (other internship, apprenticeship) in a similar position (assistant, executive assistant), managing and organizing plannings, meeting support, KPIs and other strategic initiatives.
📌Full proficiency in French and English
