We are looking for a Technical Project Manager Lead at our Massy site, to support the rapid growth.
Attached to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for:
📌 Coordinating the TPM and Module Lead teams
📌 Ensuring the planning, coordinating for internal project development.
📌 Harmonizing technical and methodological practices, optimizing resources, and achieving technical, cost, and schedule performance objectives.
Le/la TPM Lead agit en interface entre les équipes internes et les chefs de projet client et au besoin avec les équipes client, notamment lors de réunions et d’événements où le niveau de technicité exige une compréhension approfondie des architectures produits, des contraintes d’intégration et des validations système.
Your main responsabilities will be :
📌 Managing Team : Supervising and coaching Technical Project Manager and Module Lead; Defining priorities; Contribute the team's developement; Serve as escalation point for complex projects.
📌 Managing client's technical project portfolio : Ensuring coherence between internal projects and clients requirement; Allocating resources and prorisation; Managing certain complex projects.
📌 Technical & coordination supervision : Ensuring technical consistency between specification and standards; Coordinating design review, function and system validations; Participating in high-value technical client discussions in support of CPM requests.
📌 Planning & Reporting : Overseeing schedules, budgets, and deliverables for internal and client projects; Planning resources (human and material) with managers and teams; ensuring aligment with milestone and risks.
📌 Risk Management : Identifing technical, and project risks; Defining mitigation plans; Implementing performance indicators;
📌 Methodology & tools : Defining & deploying methodologies for managing technical projects; Ensuring compliance with design validation process; Promoting automation and continous improvement with new technology and methodologies.
Preferred Experience 💁♀️
📌 Engineering degree or Master's in engineering, physics, electronics, or equivalent technical field. Additional training in project management (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe)
📌 Proven Experience (min 8-10 years) in complex technical project management in spatial or industrial environement.
📌 Proven experience in Product Lifecycle (R&D to Prototype to Industralisation to Serie).
📌 Skills in analysis and budget management
📌 Leadership and strong communication skills as explaining complexe technical aspect to non technical profiles.
📌 Strong client orientation, listening and negotiation skills.
📌 Strong decision-making and conflict management. Resilience to work in a challenging field.
📌 French and English (min B2 for spoken and written) is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
