Job Description 👨💻
We are looking for a Industrial Test Bench Leader at our Massy site, to support the rapid growth.
Attached to the Production Team, you will participate in the following activities:
📌 Animate the daily activities of the team dedicated to facilities.
📌 Contribute to the planning and operations of manufacturing test means.
📌 Manage overall preventative maintenance program, help develop priorities and strategies for new benches and repair/replacement.
📌 Analyse the need for testing to increase the production efficiency in coordination with the industrialization manager.
📌 Ensure proper technical and safety specifications of test benches.
📌 Contribute to operations activities such as prototypes on electronic cards, fluidic, vacuum, mechatronics setups.
📌 Ensure test bench software versioning.
📌 Contribute to construction projects being performed at the facility to ensure that the work is being correctly performed, with minimal interruption to the surrounding operations or personnel.
📌 Provide production support (training, maintenance).
Preferred Experience 💁♀️
With a minimum of Bac+2/+5 training with a specialization in electronics or industrial computing, you have experience with test bench developing, preferably on industrial line.
📌 You already demonstrated strong skills in an industrial automation environment.
📌 You have a good knowledge of PLC programming languages.
📌 You are familiar with buses and protocols, such as CAN, I2C, RS232, USB and Ethernet, PROFINET, ETHERCAT.
📌 You are familiar with the basics of networks, for instance the operation of a connected factory (production monitoring, dynamic dashboard, ERP link).
📌 LabVIEW coding experiences would be appreciated.
📌 Basics in web interface is a plus.
📌 Basic notions in mechanics would be appreciated in order to be autonomous on rapid prototyping.
📌 Knowledge on vacuum facilities is a plus.
📌 You are autonomous, creative and able to project yourself easily in high challenging objectives in a technical environment evolving regularly.
📌 You are meticulous and you have the methodology and precision to identify non-conformances and propose curative and corrective actions.
📌 You have good analytical and synthesis skills.
📌 You have good relationship skills.
