Vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de travailler dans un environnement de startup à la pointe de la technologie ? Vous voulez découvrir le New Space en agissant dans les domaines de la propulsion électrique et de la mobilité spatiale ?

Dans le cadre de la croissance rapide de notre activité et dans l'objectif de l'industrialisation de nos produits, nous recherchons un Opérateur Logistique & Entrepôt sur notre site de Massy (91).

Rattaché à l'équipe de production,

• Vous jouerez un rôle important en intervenant sur les opérations de réception, de stockage, de kitting et de conditionnement.
• Avec notre Responsable Magasin et Logistique, vous contribuerez à la mise en place de processus et d'outils qui rendront la production efficace, agile et avec un haut niveau de traçabilité pour les modèles de vol (planification des ressources, procédures de contrôle d'entrée et de kitting, principes Lean, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns).
• Vous préparerez les kittings pour la production des systèmes de propulsion spaceware™,
• Vous serez en charge des approvisionnements des consommables des systèmes de propulsion spaceware™,
• Vous prendrez en charge les opérations logistiques de conditionnement et d’expédition de nos matériels vers nos clients,
• De plus, vous implémenterez et optimiserez, avec l'équipe d'industrialisation, la philosophie de stockage et de logistique et une zone dédiée de la future usine qui sera adaptée à la production de centaines de systèmes de propulsion spaceware™ et de véhicules spacevan™.

Votre profil : 

• Une licence pro / BUT en liens avec la production, la logistique et/ou le contrôle qualité (par exemple " BUT Génie Industriel et Maintenance ", " Qualité, logistique industrielle et organisation ", " Management de la Logistique et des Transports ", " Mesures Physiques "...).
• Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel.
  

Compétences techniques :

• Bonne connaissance de l'environnement de production idéalement dans l'aéronautique ou un environnement de pointe, incluant de préférence une phase de montée en cadence (processus et outils).
• Expérience liée à la méthodologie Lean manufacturing, en particulier les 5S, Kanban, Kitting et Just-In-Time.
• Familiarité avec l'utilisation d'un ERP. La connaissance des principes du MRP serait un plus.
• Niveau technique intermédiaire supérieur en anglais et en français (B2 au minimum).

Job description:

You are excited about working in a startup environment at the cutting edge of technology? You want to discover the New Space by acting in the electrical propulsion and space mobility domains?

Within the frame of our fast activity growth and in the aim of the industrialization of our products, we are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operator on our site of Massy (91).

Attached to the production team,

• You will be in charge of performing incoming inspection activities (visual, mechanical, electronical).
• With our Warehouse & Logistics Leader, you will play an important role by performing storage operations on the propulsion system components (in the physical stock and in our ERP).
• You will perform the kittings operations of the spaceware™ propulsion systems.
• You will participate to the procurement of the consumables for the spaceware™ propulsion systems and manage the kanban stock in the stock room and in the chemical cabinets.
• You will contribute to a smooth production flow by bringing at the workstations the necessary consumables, and by disposing of the chemical products (empty containers, and interface with the specialized company taking care of those chemicals).
• You will manage the packing and shipment of our spaceware™ products towards our customers.

Your profile:

• A CAP or professional degree related to manufacturing, industrial, warehouse and/or logistics aspects (e.g. « CAP opérateur logistique », « Bac Professionnel logistique »…)
• More than 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.

Hard skills:

• Good knowledge of the production environment ideally in the aerospace or a cutting-edge environment, including ideally a ramp-up phase (processes and tools).
• Familiar with the use of an ERP. Knowledge of MRP principles would be a plus.
• Experience related to the Lean manufacturing methodology, in particular the 5S, Kanban, Kitting and Just-In-Time would be a plus.
• An intermediate technical level in English would be a plus.
