Within the frame of our fast activity growth and in the aim of the industrialization of our products, we are looking for a Supply chain buyer on our site of Massy (91).
Attached to the production team,
You will play an important role by purchasing the propulsion unit components to our suppliers, in collaboration with our supply chain manager.
You will manage, follow and keep track of the ongoing procurements you are responsible of.
You will contribute to the development of the supply chain by looking for new suppliers.
You will participate to establishing recurring procurement contracts with key suppliers and subcontractors to meet the production rate.
You will participate to the control of the quality of the incoming parts.
You will work in close relationship with our supply chain manager and warehouse and logistics leader.
Preferred Experience 💁♀️
a bachelor’s degree related to manufacturing, industrial, purchasing and/or logistics aspects,
more than 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of the production environment ideally in the aerospace or a cutting-edge environment, including ideally a ramp-up phase (processes and tools).
Experience related to purchase and supplier management.
Familiar with the use of an ERP. Knowledge of MRP principles would be a plus.
Fluent in English.
Rigor and organization.
Very good communication and customer-supplier relationship skills.
Interpersonal skills: interaction with the project team and the whole Production team.
Project management skills: time and cost management, synthesis skills.
Problem solving skills: root cause analyses and resolution.
